Executive Director, Mark Miller, has performed Out-of-State DUI evaluations for over 15 years.

 

Initially requested by the local NCADD treatment program, Mark has evaluated hundreds of individuals from almost all the states in the country. He is trained in the evaluation and treatment of substance abuse and has presented training on dual diagnosis for treatment centers.

 

Licensed over 29 years, he has extensive experience treating substance abuse and dual diagnosis.
